In other baseball news China got their buts kicked by Japan in the World Baseball Classic. This World Cup of Baseball will only be good if about 4 more countries can match up with the US, Japan, Cuba, Puerto Rico, D Republic, Venezuala, and Mexico. And these team owners crying about it (like the Boss) is getting a little annoying. C'mon any kind of tourney thats gonna help baseball grow is a good thing. Even I watched a little of the World Cup of Soccer and I HATE soccer!

And we'll see how this 2006 team is built. I think its a good thing CC opted out of the World Baseball Classic. The whole things a joke anyway. At first the US wasn't even allowing Cuba to be in it! Is it called the non Commie Baseball classic or the World Baseball Classic. Prediction for this year. Tribe wins 89 games and fails to make the playoffs. Hate to say it but Dolan needs to go the extra mile and grab another bat and a couple arms in the pen if he wants to win this year.
