Clifton Phifer "Cliff" Lee (born August 30, 1978 in Benton, Arkansas) is a Major League Baseball starting pitcher for the Cleveland Indians. He attended University of Arkansas and has a career ERA of 4.38. Lee bats and throws left-handed.

Lee was taken in the 4th round of the 2000 Major League Baseball draft by the Montreal Expos. He made his Major League debut on September 15, 2002 for the Cleveland Indians. In 2005, Lee finished the season with an 18-5 record along with a 3.79 ERA, earning him 4th place in votes for the AL Cy Young Award.
